std::meta::is_object_type

Defined in header <meta>
consteval bool is_object_type( std::meta::info r );
(since C++26)

Returns true if r represents an object type (that is any possibly cv-qualified type other than function, reference, or void types). Otherwise returns false.

Parameters

r - a reflection value

Return value

true if r represents an object type; otherwise false.

Exceptions

Throws std::meta::exception if r does not represent a type or type alias.

Example

#include <meta>

class C {};

static_assert
(""
    and ! is_object_type(^^void)
    and   is_object_type(^^int)
    and ! is_object_type(^^int&)
    and   is_object_type(^^int*)
    and ! is_object_type(^^int*&)
    and   is_object_type(^^C)
    and ! is_object_type(^^C&)
    and   is_object_type(^^C*)
    and ! is_object_type(^^int())
    and   is_object_type(^^int(*)())
