Returns true if r represents the reflection type std::meta::info, const std::meta::info, volatile std::meta::info, or const volatile std::meta::info. Otherwise returns false.

true if r represents reflection info type; otherwise false.
Exceptions
Throws std::meta::exception if r does not represent a type or type alias.
